Description
Unripe cauliflower: raw or cooked. In early spring, the plant forms a small cauliflower, which is followed by 6 to 12 smaller cauliflowers on side shoots during the harvest season. Although the plants are not very productive, they have a good flavor and are an excellent vegetable. Leaves: raw or cooked. They have a mild cabbage taste and can be harvested throughout the year. However, be aware that excessive harvesting can weaken the plant, which may reduce the yield of the flowering heads.
